With a new year starting, I’m looking ahead to all that 2024 will bring and it’s a big year for our family.

2024 is the year that G will turn 21, M 18 and Mike and I will mark 25 years of marriage. We have some big plans and some plans that are still very much in the planning stage.

And that’s OK, because if there’s one thing I’ve learned over the last few years, it’s that life doesn’t always go to plan and that we as a family can roll with the punches and rely on our love for each other to get through even the darkest bits.

Here’s to a peaceful 2024 for us all.
