Sage and Onion

  • 50g Dairy- and soya-free margarine
  • 1 tbsp. Vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 100g Gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp. Fresh sage, chopped
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Put the oil and margarine into a pan and heat. Add the onion and cook until softened  20131117_115827
  3. Add the breadcrumbs, fresh sage and some salt and pepper. Mix well 20131117_120457
  4. Either press the mixture into a baking dish or roll into balls and place on a greased tin. Bake for 40 minutes   20131117_121113
