- 65g pudding rice
- 25g granulated sugar
- 600mls rice milk
- Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
- Preheat the oven to 150°C
- Measure out all of the ingredients and mix in a suitable ovenproof dish
- Cook for 2 hours and then remove
- Serve immediately
