- 2 fillets of Haddock or other white fish
- 350g gluten-free rice krispies
- Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Herbs
- Preheat your oven to 200°C
- Cook your haddock or other white fish fillets until ready
- Whilst the fish is cooking, put the gluten-free rice krispies into a food blender and blend until they resemble breadcrumbs
- Add salt and pepper to taste and our your krispie breadcrumb mix into another bowl
- Once your fish fillets have cooked and cooled slightly, remove the flesh and blend into a paste with some safe oil, salt and pepper. If you want to add any other herbs, add these too
- Form the blended fish mixture into balls and then roll in the breadcrumb mix to coat thoroughly
- Put the individual balls onto a baking tray before placing in the oven. There is no need to add extra oil
- Cook for 15-20 minutes and serve
