Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, soya-free
makes 12 squares
- 250g shortbread biscuits
- 135g dairy-free butter – I used Vitalite Dairy-free
- 200g dairy-free chocolate – I used Moo-free
- 1-2 tbsp golden syrup
- 100g vegan marshmallows – I used Freedom mallows
- 100g banana chips
You can add any other treats you want – raisins, glacier cherries or nuts for example
- Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the dairy-free butter and golden syrup in a saucepan
- Heat gently until the chocolate is fully melted and then remove from the heat to cool
- Break the shortbread biscuits into small pieces and stir into the melted chocolate
- Use a rolling-pin to break the banana chips into small pieces and stir in
- Chop the marshmallows into small pieces before stirring in to the chocolate mix, making sure that everything is fully coated with the chocolate
- If you want to add any additional ingredients, make sure they are also broken down into small pieces and stir in with the rest of the ingredients
- Once everything is well mixed, press into a greased baking tin and the pop into the fridge for at least 2 hours
- Cut into squares and enjoy!
