For the base:
- 200g rice flour
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 125-175mls warm water
Toppings:
- Tomato ketchup
- Barbecue sauce
- 3x slices ham
- Olives (chopped)
- 2 tbsp sweetcorn
- 4x slices Mozzarisella cheese
- Preheat the oven to 200°C
- Put the flour, salt, yeast, rosemary and olive oil in a mixing bowl and combine
- Slowly add the warm water until you get a soft, but not sticky dough (add more water and/or rice flour until you get the right consistency)
- Roll the dough out into a round on an oiled baking tray
- Leave for 10-15 minutes before adding your toppings
- Add the toppings of your choice including cheese
- Put the finished pizza into the oven and bake for 12-15minutes
