For the base:

  • 200g rice flour
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed meal
  • 1 1/2 tsp yeast
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp rosemary
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 125-175mls warm water


  • Tomato ketchup
  • Barbecue sauce
  • 3x slices ham
  • Olives (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp sweetcorn
  • 4x slices Mozzarisella cheese
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C
  2. Put the flour, salt, yeast, rosemary and olive oil in a mixing bowl and combine 20140721_171923
  3. Slowly add the warm water until you get a soft, but not sticky dough (add more water and/or rice flour until you get the right consistency) 20140721_173006
  4. Roll the dough out into a round on an oiled baking tray 20140721_173914
  5. Leave for 10-15 minutes before adding your toppings
  6. Add the toppings of your choice including cheese 20140721_174809
  7. Put the finished pizza into the oven and bake for 12-15minutes
