- 1 large parsnip
- 2tbsp rice flour
- Salt and pepper
- Heat oil in a deep fat fryer
- Peel the parsnip and then use the vegetable peeler to slice into very thin strips
- Season the rice flour with salt and pepper and gently toss the parsnip strips in the mix
- When the fryer has reached temperature, cook the parsnip strips for approximately 2 minutes until they are crispy and a golden brown
- Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper
- Serve and enjoy!
