Parsnip Crisps

  • 1 large parsnip
  • 2tbsp rice flour
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Heat oil in a deep fat fryer
  2. Peel the parsnip and then use the vegetable peeler to slice into very thin strips
  3. Season the rice flour with salt and pepper and gently toss the parsnip strips in the mix
  4. When the fryer has reached temperature, cook the parsnip strips for approximately 2 minutes until they are crispy and a golden brown
  5. Remove from the oil and drain on kitchen paper
  6. Serve and enjoy!
