- 100g prawns
- 75g smoked salmon trimmings
- 1 onion chopped
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp free-from margarine
- 50g corn
- 50g peas
- 1 tomato chopped
- 5 whole chestnuts chopped
- 125ml coconut cream
- 150g spaghetti
- Saute the chopped onion and garlic in some free-from margarine
- Add the cooked prawns and smoked salmon trimmings to heat through
- Add the corn, peas, chopped tomato and chestnuts and continue to simmer on a low heat
- Add the coconut cream and stir until heated thoroughly
- Mix in the cooked spaghetti (or other pasta) until fully coated and serve
