Polish Biscuit Cake

Makes 14-16 slices

  • 125g Freefrom spread
  • 250g Digestive biscuits
  • 1Tbsp golden syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Cocoa
  • Dairy- and soya-free chocolate to coat
  1. Bash biscuits into small pieces
  2. Melt butter with syrup and cocoa 
  3. Add biscuits to butter mixture.
  4. Press into a greased baking tray
  5. Melt the chocolate and spread on top.
