(makes 8 medium burgers)
- 500g lamb mince
- 4tbsp maple syrup
- 2tbsp olive oil
- Handful fresh mint, finely chopped
- Pinch of salt
- Take a handful of fresh mint leaves and finely chop
- Add the mint to the lamb mince, maple syrup, olive oil and salt in a bowl.
- Mix the ingredients together, making sure that the mint is infused throughout the lamb.
- Cover the lamb mixture and put into the fridge for a minimum of 20mins to allow the meat to marinate.
- Form the lamb mixture into burgers and cook. Can be cooked in the oven at 200 C for around 8mins or on the BBQ or hob for around 5mins.
