Rice Flour pancakes

•200g Rice flour
•3 tbsp white sugar
•¼ tsp salt
•2 tbsp safe oil
•¾ cup water

  1. Sift flour, sugar and salt together in a mixing bowl
  2. Whisk the oil and water together well
  3. Stir liquid mixture into the dry ingredients to form a thick, but liquid batter, If the mix is still a little thick, add more water until it reaches a consistency you’re happy with 20150710_150718
  4. Add any herbs or spices you’re planning to use at this point and mix well 20150710_150759
  5. Cook the pancakes in a frying pan over a medium heat 20141007_173343
