•200g Rice flour
•3 tbsp white sugar
•¼ tsp salt
•2 tbsp safe oil
•¾ cup water
- Sift flour, sugar and salt together in a mixing bowl
- Whisk the oil and water together well
- Stir liquid mixture into the dry ingredients to form a thick, but liquid batter, If the mix is still a little thick, add more water until it reaches a consistency you’re happy with
- Add any herbs or spices you’re planning to use at this point and mix well
- Cook the pancakes in a frying pan over a medium heat
