Rice Pudding

  • 65g pudding rice
  • 25g granulated sugar
  • 600mls rice milk
  • Pinch of nutmeg (optional)
  1. Preheat the oven to 150°C
  2. Measure out all of the ingredients and mix in a suitable ovenproof dish
  3. Cook for 2 hours and then remove
