- 250g rice flour
- 2 tsp xanthum gum
- 2 tsp sugar
- 500mls rice milk
- 5 tbsp rapeseed oil
- 2 tbsp water
- Combine the flour, xanthum gum and sugar

- Mix together the milk, oil and water in a separate bowl or jug

- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix together

- Let the batter sit for a few minutes, during which it should rise slightly

- Whilst your batter is resting, turn on your waffle maker and wait for it to reach temperature before you start to cook

- Once the waffle maker is ready, add 2-3 tablespoons of the batter and allow it to cook


- Serve with golden syrup, maple syrup or any other topping you can enjoy
